**Position Overview**
Luke’s Place is seeking 2 Full-Time Program Coordinators in our Knowledge Mobilization team. The Junior Coordinator will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience coordinating, developing and delivering, virtual, online, and in-person trainings, and related legal information resources. The Senior Coordinator position will have experience in everything stated above plus 5 years in the Knowledge Mobilization field including public speaking. These positions require an on-site presence at our Oshawa office.

**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in and support the ongoing planning, creation and coordination of program-specific trainings, resources, activities, and tools
- Support online content management of Luke’s Place websites, training portals, and coordinate user access for online trainings
- Create compelling and persuasive content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials
- Development of new engagement strategies and new program and project concepts
- Stakeholder engagement with provincial and national partners
- Development and facilitation of Communities of Practice
- Maintain accurate records, provide monthly and quarterly internal reports, and regularly contribute to funding reports
- Development of program and product evaluation metrics
- Plan and coordinate the dissemination and delivery of program-specific offerings
- Public Speaking and Facilitation within the community
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Post-secondary degree or diploma in adult education, humanities, media and communications, library studies, or related/equivalent work experience
- Project coordination involving multiple stakeholders Training and/or experience with program logistics and evaluation, and policy analysis
- Experience using social media in communications (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn). Desktop publishing, graphic design, and website design is an asset
- Understanding of technical accessibility issues and managing accessibility audits would be an asset
- Knowledge of teaching and learning best practices for adults an asset
- Experience building and presenting pertinent content
- Knowledge of and comfort using, learning and content systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of intimate partner violence
- Sound understanding and commitment to a feminist, trauma-informed, gender-based, and intersectional analysis framework, and anti-oppression values
- Knowledge of Family Law processes an asset
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Online Learning and Content Management Systems; and comfortable using a variety of audio/visual technologies to host all hosting functions of virtual meetings
