**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Supervise and train sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
- Handle recruiting processes to build a strong team that aligns with company values.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized store environment by ensuring merchandise is displayed properly and the store is clean.
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with management on administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Proven track record in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 38 per week
