**Budget Planning Associate Analyst - 12 month contract**

Reporting to the Manager of Budget and Inventory Planning, you will be responsible for documenting budget and Performance Indicators for specific product lines. You will also provide support for the budget planning, sales forecasting, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the basic financial planning activities for assigned product categories, including the preparation of 6 budgets annually.
- Coordinate, price, and act as the point of contact for Canon USA regarding Global Business initiatives in Canada
- Provide support to the Manager, Budget, and Inventory Planning for the monthly revenue forecasts
- Prepare assigned daily/monthly reports detailing business KPIs and revenue. Ensure all timelines are met for reports.
- Analyze monthly variances for assigned product categories, against budget and prior year’s results

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business
- Excel skills to create and use Pivot Tables, Vlookup and basic formulas
- Minimum of co-op or internship experience in a role requiring one of: data, finance, or inventory analysis
