We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Store Manager** to lead our Brampton North location. This is a high-visibility role in a busy store, with significant opportunity to shape team performance and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of up to 12 sales associates, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and contact center teams for purchasing, returns, and BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, return rates, and operational efficiency; provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Foster a customer-first culture by resolving issues promptly and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Ensure the store is safe, clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Support a 7-day operating schedule, including weekends as required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3 years of retail management experience** (automotive or related industry an asset).
- Proven ability to lead small teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and retail management software.
- High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and fitment processes is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive salary**:CA$65,000 annually**:
