As our next Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a key role in optimizing equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You’ll define and manage maintenance processes, schedule work, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of preventive maintenance and project planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Define and maintain maintenance processes and monitor adherence
- Create and update daily work schedules
- Manage and enhance the preventive maintenance (PM) program
- Use CMMS/EAM systems for planning and reporting
- Coordinate contractors and order maintenance materials
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Collaborate with equipment stakeholders and other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

- College graduate from a technical program
- Hands-on experience in maintenance (preferred)
- Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and ISO/TS quality systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other software
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- High integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Trade certification in a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
