**Client Care Associate**

As a Client Care Associate with Western Financial Group, you will use your customer service skills to support our Auto insurance customers and generate referrals for other insurance needs,

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Provide quotes and sell new auto plan policies to customers
- Manage walk-in queries, sales and up-selling of products to new and existing clients
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Continue self-development through industry and training and other courses
- Generate leads through existing clients
- Knowledge of each Insurance Company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans

The value you bring
- Solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Working experience with ICBC an asset (BC)

OR
- Working experience with MPI or Autopac an asset (MB)
- Experience achieving sales targets individual and as a team
- Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once

Hours: Part Time, 30 hrs per week

Location: Sooke, BC

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
