**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling and storage of food products.
- Support cooks and chefs by providing necessary assistance during meal preparation.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any malfunctions or needs for repair.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and learning about food preparation techniques is highly valued.
