**About Us**

Spaar Inc. is recruiting for a Loose Fill Applicator. We primarily work with residential new builds, single family homes, and apartment buildings; providing service to roughly 1800 houses a year. This full-time position is based in Calgary. Hours of work fluctuate. Start time 6am.

**The position**
- Reporting to the Divisional Manager of Spaar Spray Systems, the Loose Fill Applicator must be able to fill loose fill from the rig daily, fill out daily work sheets, install materials, tracking job site details, and repairing and maintaining equipment.
- This position is time sensitive so being punctual and reliable is essential.
- Must be a team player.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Experience in the residential or commercial construction field, preferably Loose Fill
- Maintain company vehicle and personal equipment (tools, respirators)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions
- Ensure quality of work throughout jobs
- Time management
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Follow safety program guidelines
- Ability to work independently
- Timeline driven
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

**Working Conditions**
- Outside/inside work
- Physically demanding position
- Other trades may be present
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to train team members if required
- Must be able to work in confined spaces

**Qualifications**
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation

**Salary**: $24.00-$37.00 per hour
