Night Auditor

**Night Auditor Responsibilities**:

- Auditing, balancing, and verifying daily revenue documentation
- Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
- Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation
- Managing the hotel’s inventory of reservations, room assignments, and vacancies
- Greeting guests, checking them into rooms, assisting with check-outs, and providing guests with important information
- Answering phones, scheduling wake-up calls, and assisting with reservation requests
- Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns
- Balancing cash drawers, record errors, and reconcile receipts
- Promoting hotel services and features
- Other duties as assigned

**Night Auditor Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- One year experience as a Night Auditor in the hospitality industry
- Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
- Strong aptitude for customer service.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Only those with a valid work permit will be considered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hotel Night Audit: 1 year (preferred)
