**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking**: Pick orders using a picking sheet to determine the quantity of each item, ensuring that all cases are picked accurately.
- **Heavy Lifting**: Lift and move cases ranging between 30kg - 50kg, and stack them onto pallets to complete the orders. Repetitive lifting through the shift.
- **RF Scanner Operation**: Use an RF scanner to scan products onto the order for tracking and inventory purposes. RF scanner experience is a plus.
- **Cold Environment Work**: Work in a cooler (approx. 4°C) and freezer (approx. -20°C). Warm clothing is recommended.
- **Palletizing**: Stack and organize products on pallets, ensuring proper and safe storage.
- **End-of-Shift Duties**: At the end of each shift, clean and organize the work area, sweep, and take out the trash to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
- **Workplace Safety**: Wear required safety boots (provided gloves), adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a focus on safe work practices.

**Physical Demands**:

- Work in a cooler at approximately 4°C and a freezer at approximately -20°C.
- Engage in physical activities, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, pulling, and gripping items weighing between 30 to 50 kilograms.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, meeting productivity metrics and achieving order accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in order picking in a warehouse environment is an asset.
- RF scanner experience is a bonus.
- Palletizing experience is an asset.
- Lift truck experience (counterbalance, reach truck, or electric pallet jacks) is a bonus, but we can certify in-house.
- **Other**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in cold environments.
- Criminal background check required.
- Hours: Monday to Friday
- 4:00pm to 12:00am

Friday: 2:00pm to 8:00pm

Please note: The ending time may vary depending on the workload for the day, and could be earlier or later as needed.
- Hourly Rate: $21/ per

Pay: $21.00 per hour
