**Your days will include**:

- Meet with all new employees and assist in onboarding processes for Sow, Nursery & Finishing sites
- Support farm managers with training process of new employees
- Support in project changes to ensure successful completion
- Help establish sound processes and labor efficiencies in all barn sites
- Gathering data from all sites to create benchmarks and improve efficiencies
- Help farm sites with day-to-day chores if needed
- Conduct sampling and submit for testing

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- 5+ years of swine technician and hog industry experience
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and able to travel overnight
- Ability to work alone and in a group setting
- Able to accept last minute schedule changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication skills
