**Retention Bonus of $10,000.00 payable upon completion of one year continuous employment.**

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, with **2 to 4 overnights** **per week travelling to the Island.

**NOTE**:This is a residential delivery driver job, involving loading and unloading windows and doors with a Swamper.
- Ensure safe and damage-free delivery of shipments
- Adhere to all corporate safety policies
- Encompass best practice when faced with situations that require individual decision
- Provide exemplary customer service to Westeck customers

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition
- Ensure contents are secure at the beginning of each shift and/or delivery via pre-trip inspection following all compliance requirements
- Transport product to the customer safely and damage free
- Load and unload shipments of product at both customer job - site and/or shop
- Loading and unloading glass
- Provide exemplary customer service to our clients on-site
- Report all concerns on damaged shipments to the Shipping Admin manager immediately and ensure the Bill of Lading (BOL) is properly notated and/or signed upon each delivery
- Communicate positively with plant location, manager, co-workers, and sales personnel

**Qualifications**
- Passport required (Canada/USA)
- Class 1 License - Manual Transmission
- Maximum manual lifting requirement of up to 75 lbs
- Commercial vehicle inspection certification
- Log Book
- Positive attitude with customer service orientation
- Must be able to travel to the United States

**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**:

- Daily and/or weekly overtime required, not to exceed statutory legislation
- Exposure to all elements of weather
- Able to consistently lift up to 75 lbs at plant location and/or job-site, shop
- Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time while driving
- Able to maintain composure while exposed to challenging traffic conditions and/or situations
- Competitive base pay plus bonus

- 2-3 years construction driving experience (tight spaces, dirt/gravel roads, etc)
