**Your work environment at EXP**

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify and document any deviations, defects, or non-compliance issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, reports, and recommendations.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations on-site.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site conditions and findings.

**What your experience looks like**
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in site inspection, construction supervision, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, software, and technology for documentation.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
