**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts and new markets.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and service enhancements.
- Analyze market trends to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Lead project initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management or a related field with a focus on business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
