We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic sales team as neighborhood canvassing sales representatives. If you have an outgoing personality, love connecting with people, and are ready to take your earning potential into your own hands, this is the opportunity for you

**What You'll Do**:

- Promote and sell our painting services to potential customers in their homes or businesses.
- Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service and information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with enthusiasm and persistence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Resilient, with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods of up to 2.5-3 hours minimum.
