**Role and Facility Information**:
As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator we put patients and their family’s health first. Located in a busy plaza next to Save-On-Foods, restaurants, groceries, and other professional and leisure businesses, surrounded by desired neighbourhoods. The North Shore is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream. There are endless hiking trails to explore, 2 tennis centres, ice rinks, 3 local mountains for snow sports in the winter and hiking adventures in the summer. To top it off it is less than 20min seabus ride or drive from downtown Vancouver or take a slow drive north to Whistler in under 90min.

Our Pemberton Heights location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position can have a small walk-in component. Our team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want

Financials:
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split - 70/30* (FFS, PCN available)
- The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 9 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- OSCAR EMR

Hours:
Flexible Walk-in Available. The clinic opens from 9am Mon to Sun (Sat & Sun walk-ins only). The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. *No strict policy around time off

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

Special Services:
Family Practice, Excision & Biopsy Clinic by referral only, Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic, Paris Orthotics, SleepWorks Medical

On Call Arrangement:

- All physicians in the practice will take turns in rotation with a group of 30 physicians on the North Shore.

Staff:
The clinic currently has 9 physicians working part-time and full-time, as well as an office manager and MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.

The Clinic is currently using OSCAR EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice
