**Requirements**:
**-Level II DA board certificate**

**-Orthodontic module certifcate**

Must be available Monday-Saturday on Call. Minimium 35 hours per week is garanteed.

**Must be able to drive to**:

- Waterloo (five times a month),
- Oshawa (twice a month) ,
- Georgetown ( 4 times a month)
- Waterdown (Tow times a month)
- Wasaga Beach (once a month)
- North York (once a month)

**Must be available for morning or evening shifts**:

- 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm
- 11:00 pm - 7:00 pm

**Duties and responsibilties**:

- Braces bonding
- Invisalign bonding
- Braces removal
- Orthodontic records (Intraoral scanning, Photos, Xrays).

This is a fast paced environement position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
