Threat Risk Assessment Analyst

The proposed resources must have a minimum of two years of experience conducting Threat Risk Assessments in Ontario and/or Canada and in a health care context based on PHIPA or other provincial health legislation.
Deliverable
- Participate in a kick-off/scoping meetings
- provide a list of documents required from client required for conducting the TRA
- Participate in meetings and consultation during the course of the assessment including engagement with the assigned TRA resources
- Communicate any identified “Very High, High or Medium” risks with details about the methodology and qualification / quantification of the identified risks
- Prepare and deliver to Ontario Health a Draft TRA reports
- Following industry standard methodology preferably NIST CSF or (HTRA / ISO / ISF-IRAM2) and covering People, Processes and Technology
- Reports must include the outcomes of the following
- Review of security objectives -end-to-end solution and end-to-end security controls
- Identify assets, security vulnerabilities, Cyber/Information security threats, end-to-end security risks
- Recommendations / activities for mitigation of the identified risk
- Conduct presentations for the findings
- prepare a final TRA Reports and TRA Summary per solution
- any identified risks, recommended mitigation plans and opportunity to address the risks and mitigation plans associated with the TRA must be delivered prior to the launch date of the service to allow Ontario Health to work with other parties assess and create the appropriate risk remediation strategies,
- Risk Treatment Plans in collaboration with the business

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Risk management: 1 year (preferred)
- Threat Risk Assessment Analyst: 4 years (required)
