UW Burlington is a leader in promotional advertising and business consulting. We create personalized, face-to-face marketing campaigns that help our clients connect with their target audience, generate sales, and grow their brands. Our team operates in high-traffic environments such as retail stores and live events. This is not door-to-door sales or telemarketing position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent client products and services through in-person sales initiatives at retail and event-based locations.
- Deliver engaging, customized sales presentations to meet individual customer needs.
- Attend daily meetings to stay updated on promotions, product knowledge, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to support marketing improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to grow your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Punctual, dependable, and well-prepared.
- Must be available for full-time work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Commission-Only Structure: This role is commission-based with no base salary. Earnings are directly tied to sales performance.
- Earning Potential: Most new associates earn $700-$1,000 per week, with top performers earning more.
