**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Hunting for Top Talent**: Source, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
- **Account Management**: Oversee client relationships, manage accounts, conduct client visits, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Strategic Business Development**: Drive new business through leads and referrals, expanding NES Fircroft’s footprint in the energy sector.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**: Maintain 100% adherence to NES Fircroft’s quality processes, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- **Market Expansion & Client Engagement**: Build long-term strategic relationships through proactive outreach and face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience: 1-4 years in recruitment (agency experience preferred).
- People-person: You’re outgoing, confident, and thrive on building relationships.
- Organized & agile: You multitask like a pro and keep priorities in check.
- Driven & motivated: Success fuels you, and you’re hungry to grow in a target-driven environment.
- A communication pro: Articulate, engaging, and ready to make an impact.
