- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, including electricians, to interpret schematics and ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work alone or lead others.
- Familiarity steel roofing is an asset
- Experience with power tools
- Clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
