The opportunity

- The regional AVP, Cash Management role provides critical play-to-win sales leadership for CWB BC Region, supporting branch teams with knowledge and expertise in client acquisition and business development skills.
- Key deliverables- Resource support, relationship management, and the alignment of sales activities and communication between regional, branch, and head office stakeholders.Identify, generate and assist with referrals to all CWB lines of business including Personal, Wealth, Commercial, Equipment Financing & Specialty Lending.-
- Support the development and the execution of regional and personal sales targets, inclusive of deposits, new _full-service_ business clients, Cash Management products and services.-
- Develop and execute strategies to drive organizational full service client growth, funding sources, enhance competitive positioning, and achieve long-term objectives.-
- Analyze market trends, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.- Skills and competencies that will take you further
