**Responsibilities**
- Organizing and maintaining high level of store operations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing store front employees including hiring, training and terminating
- Working closely with the General Manager to set and achieve goals and sales targets
- Reviewing store front employee performance and assisting with further training as required
- Maintaining retail locations appearance, creating ideas for new displays, ensuring product is properly presented
- Co-ordinating with Inventory Controller and Purchasers to ensure proper levels of inventory as well as correct product selection

**Qualifications**
- Leadership ability
- Experience in the Retail Operations Field
- Excellent communications skills
- Detail oriented
- Previous experience with employee management
- Equestrian experience and knowledge is preferred, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
