**_Experience_**
- You have proven experience in manufacturing process optimization, process (and/or mechanical) engineering, preferably in the food production or bakery industry.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

**things you will do
- Work with Plant Management to conduct in-depth analyses of manufacturing equipment and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of the strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and maximize overall line productivity.
- Research and evaluate equipment and automation technologies to improve functionality and efficiency in production lines. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
- Partner with Projects to ensure seamless design, fabrication, procurement, and installation of new equipment.
- Work with the VP Operations & Plant Leadership to implement process changes and roll out new equipment upgrades across production facilities.
- Collaborate with the Innovation team to develop and integrate new manufacturing capabilities needed for product expansion.
- Lead and manage efficiency improvement projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the success of process improvements and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership on findings and proposed initiatives
