Our QA Team is looking for a talented
- **Associate QA Analyst **who will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of cloud engineers, developers, designers, and business professionals. As part of an agile team, you will be responsible for helping us test and deliver great customer experiences for the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) product. Your excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new things as part of an awesome team will help you be successful in this role.

**What you will do**:

- ** Within 3 months you can expect to**:

- Be trained in exploratory and regression testing, validating defect fixes and logging defects
- Collaborate with the rest of QA and Development team to understand the core functionality of the ICM product
- Work closely with senior members of the QA team to complete weekly testing tasks
- Participate in daily stand-ups and give progress updates on tasks
Within 6-12 months you can expect to**:

- Gain increased knowledge of the system under test
- Gather requirements, create test plans, test cases for new functionality and execute the plan
- Deliver timely estimates of testing tasks and scope work
- Experience a full software development release cycle from development to testing to release
Within 12 months you can expect to**:

- Collaborating with a cross-functional team to gain understanding and influence business requirements to ensure excellent quality
- Increased ownership of testing projects
- Ensure a great customer experience by being the voice of quality, raising issues when needed and highlighting risks

**What you will bring**:

- 3 months to 2 years of Software Testing experience or related experience
- Good understanding of Software Design fundamentals
- Aptitude in IT with an interest in expanding your IT skills
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with web service technologies (REST)
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to convey ideas and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, engineering, or similar)
