**What is the Opportunity?**
- As part of an alliance agreement, Aecon has been awarded a contract in an Aecon-led partnership with Kiewit Nuclear Canada by Ontario Power Generation (OPG) for the execution phase on the Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP) in Clarington, Ontario. Beginning in 2025 Aecon will support the Construction of the Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor at the Darlington site.
- As part of the Site Establishment team, the Commissioning Coordinator Co-op will report to the Testing and Turnover Manager and will assist in management of commissioning preparation, including procedure writing, care and preservation, implementation of digital tool, and estimation of budget. This role will require continuous communication with all project team members and will provide supports to team members on various administrative tasks.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Assist in the preparation of component care and preservation activities
- Interact with Construction teams to prepare for future flushing/cleaning activities.
- Assist in the preparation of future implementation of digital tool for Commissioning and Completion Management
- Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Knowledge of Aconex, Bluebeam, Excel an asset.
- Able to read blueprint an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Valid G license and accessible to a car
- Need to work in person at CHQ.
