AVS Windows Ltd is a family owned and operated window and door manufacturing shop located in Surrey, BC. We have been in business for over 25 years and are looking to add a person who is willing to commit long term.

We are currently looking for a full-time general manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and staff are supported in their roles.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the shop’s daily operations, including production, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
- Manage the sales staff and sales targets
- Manage man hours and hiring
- Overseeing the AR/AP Department
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are on hand to support production schedules.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3R 2T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
