Purpose and Scope
- We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Retail team. The PT Stock Associate will be responsible for inventory management, including inventory tracking and replenishment. Other duties include overseeing the stock room staff, maintaining the organization of the inventory, and loss prevention.

Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements plans to optimize inventory cost and customer service goals at the retail level- Responsible for forecasting needs and resolving accuracy discrepancies.-
- Works with purchasing managers to establish optimal order quantities, inventory targets, and turnover objectives.-
- Manage inventory quality and accuracy assurance program-
- Create, install, and/or monitor inventory management system-
- Coordinate physical inventory process and cycle counts-
- Monitor the inventory flow through system- Organize stock to optimize work flow, space utilization, and sales objectives in the store
- Position Requirements- Strong work ethic and leadership qualities-
- Ability to organize inventory and analyze data to determine business needs-
- Know how to trouble shoot, problem solve, and work well under pressure-
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage team-
- Strong organizational skills-
- Resourceful, hands-on, and able to sense urgencyEducation and Training:
- HS Diploma Required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degrees preferred**Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years retail stock experience
