Infinity Healthcare is a dynamic and growing home care company dedicated to providing excellent care. We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Lead to join our team and help us maintain smooth and efficient financial and scheduling operations. Key **Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing**: Prepare, send, and manage invoices to clients accurately and timely.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and maintain schedules to ensure all client and team activities are streamlined.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into our systems to support billing, invoicing, and scheduling functions.
- **General Account Management**: Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring that all account activities are documented and up-to-date.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve any account or scheduling issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounts management, invoicing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in [list any relevant software, e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or company-specific tools].
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
