**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to avionics systems and provide expertise in diagnosing critical failures.
- Develop and optimize functional test procedures for avionics systems, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and identifying the necessary specialized tools.
- Collaborate with engineering to review, validate, and implement technical requirements for avionics systems.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of production changes while minimizing impact on operations.
- Provide in-depth technical support to production teams and continuously improve operational processes.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have a college diploma in avionics with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in aviation, including at least three (3) in a specialist role.
- You have solid expertise in electrical and avionics systems and can troubleshoot technical issues with precision.
- Experience as an avionics technician or in aircraft maintenance is an important asset.
- Experience as an avionics team leader is also a key asset.
- You demonstrate excellent autonomy, initiative, and organizational skills.
- Bilingualism is essential, along with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver software is an asset.
- Familiarity with Challenger products is a significant advantage.
