We offer a “promote from within culture”, training, solid pay plans, benefits and perks including employee incentives on vehicle purchases, parts and service. - Want change in a disruptive market - Like being uncomfortable with "change" to grow - Want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment - Have no Management experience but an "open" mind and driven **Responsibilities**: - Solicit existing customers, to promote the maintenance services recommended by the manufacturer and, where applicable, also promote other after-sales services - Perform outbound calls to new and existing Service Department customers to schedule service appointments - Perform outbound calls to Sales Department customers to schedule test-drive appointments - Perform outbound calls to Sales Department customers as follow-up to ensure satisfaction of vehicle, experience and generate referral sales, extended warranty sales for the Financial Services Office(s) - Perform outbound calls to Sales Customers to explain and invite customers to the New Owner Celebration Tasks Related to Customer Satisfaction and Retention - Follow-up with Service Department customers on the telephone within 48-hours, to ensure customer satisfaction - Gather all required information from the customers, to verify their satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience in a call centre or customer service centre - Must have friendly and cooperative attitude - Ability to perform basic math - Able to cooperate with all staff members in all departments - Effective written and oral communication skills - Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers - Organizational ability and attention to detail Experience **Why Work for Us?** - Full time position - 40 hours per week - Competitive salary with monthly uncapped bonus - Health & dental benefits available after three months of employment - Pension plan available after a year of employment - Career advancement opportunities If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
