We want someone who truly loves talking with our clients about all things beauty Excellent verbal and written communication skills who is passionate about the beauty industry and wants to grow with our team.** Your role at Salon Fortelli & Spa is focused on client care, communication and coordination: - Your goal is to make every client feel welcomed and valued. - Communicate with clients and service providers as you act as a liaison between them. - Coordinate an effective schedule by booking appointments to accommodate clients and maximize time. - Create an inviting space that fosters conversation about retail items and help support online retail initiatives. - Assist service providers in closing sales and pre-booking appointments. **You should be**: - Friendly and outgoing - Dependable and punctual - Detail oriented and organized - Fashionable and well groomed - Motivated to learn and grow professionally **Your should be able to**: - Make a great first impression - Develop relationships with clients - Work well with diverse people - Work well in a collaborative team environment - Multi-task effectively - Handle cash, stock inventory, and create beautiful retail displays We require at least 1 year customer service experience.
