The Clinical Support and Research Centre (CSRC) Project (Phase 1B of the new St. Paul’s Hospital project) is looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM2). Following the entire lifecycle of the CSRC capital project: design, operational planning, change management and commissioning, the Project Manager II will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Providence Research at the future CSRC.

**Skills**
- Demonstrated ability to manage and plan major capital projects
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment, including ability to communicate with the physician community.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and mediate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to provide leadership, guidance and direction to others including staff and contractors.
- Ability to development and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.

**Education**
- Masters degree (from an approved educational institution) in a Health related discipline, or in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalency
- A minimum of seven (7) years recent, related project and change management experience, including experience involving complex, multi-disciplinary projects and a wide range of stakeholder groups.
- Project Management professional certification preferred

As per the current Public Health Orders (Long Term Care/Seniors Assisted Living Provincial Health Order and the Health Sector Order), as of October 26, 2021, all employees working for Providence Health Care must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination status will be required.
