- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications to patients.
- Prepare and package medications for distribution.
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, including checking expiry dates and shelving medications.
- Prepare blister packs on schedule as part of medication management services.
- Enter patient information and prescriptions into the computer system (Fillware).
- Efficiently fill, label, and package patients' prescription orders according to established protocols.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries. Refer the phone call to the pharmacist when required.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is required.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy software systems (preferable).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively as part of a team.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-Time (Tuesdays and Fridays initially, with potential for additional hours)

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
