As a growing company, we’re looking for a skilled Climber / Arborist to join our crew and be part of a team that values hard work, respect, and reliability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Climb trees using modern techniques and equipment to perform pruning and removals
- Operate chainsaws, rigging systems, chippers, and other industry tools
- Assist in ground operations when necessary
- Follow proper safety procedures at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized job site

**Requirements**:

- 1-2+ years of climbing or arborist experience
- ISA Certification (an asset, but not required)
- Solid understanding of tree biology, rigging, and cutting techniques
- Physically fit, with the stamina and agility for climbing
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 or air brakes a bonus)
- Positive, safety-first mindset and strong work ethic

Pay: $32.50-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
