**Work Location: On site** - Neepawa Health Centre (500 Hospital Street, Neepawa, MB R0J 1H0), Neepawa Health Unit Services (485 Hospital Street, Neepawa, MB R0J 1H0), Country Meadows Personal Care Home Services (500 Veterans Way, Neepawa, MB R0J 1H0). There is no option to work remotely

**Anticipated Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Anticipated Shift**:Full Time, Days, Early Mornings, Mornings, Evenings, Nights, On Call, Weekends

**Daily Hours Worked**: Various hour shifts (30 to 40 hours per week)

**Position Summary**:
Neepawa Health Centre is a 38 bed acute care and 100 bed long term care facility. Services offered include General Surgery, Diagnostic, Emergency, Public Health, Mental Health, Home Care, and Chemotherapy.

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a Family Physician to join the Neepawa Health Centre. Duties to include: performing all duties associated with a family practice, including diagnosing and treating diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients, act as the primary care provider and provide continuous care toward the management of patients’ health. The physician will also share in the Emergency Department on call schedule and will cooperate and coordinate coverage with other physician colleagues.

**Credentials**
- Current licensure or eligible for full license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
- Must be a member of CMPA or provide proof of equivalent malpractice insurance
