**Requirements**:

- Preparation of the project schedule, Coordination of trades.
- Experience as a Project Coordinator will be considered.
- knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, estimating/budgeting, scheduling and safety requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, Including Microsoft project.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.

**Skills and Experience**:

- ICI construction experience, with experience organization, following quality control procedures.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality control coordination.
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field

**Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with**

Coordinator, Quality Control, Scheduling, ICI, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, New Build, Renovations, Retrofits.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
