**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute high quality interior and exterior painting skill - with brush, roller as well as spray equipment
- Knowledgable with operating and maintaining spray equipment with confidence and care
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking and priming as required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
- Manage time effectively and communicate clearly with site supers, team members, project managers and designers.
- Meet the expectations of each project and ALWAYS maintaining professionalism on site
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs as necessary to maintain quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality aesthetics
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively and responsibly
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks; ability to lift heavy materials or ladders when necessary.
- Familiarity with safety practices related to painting and working with hazardous materials is a plus.
- MUST own basic painting tools (rollers, trays, tiles, putty knives, small ladder and small vacuum) - all major tools and supplies to be supplied by company
- MUST own a reliable vehicle and valid driers license in order to be able to commute to job sites across the GTA
- Applicants must have a SIN number - to be paid via payroll bi weekly/full time position includes vacation pay

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
