**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and participants.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
- Communicate effectively with patrons regarding safety procedures and facility policies.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Must have NLS, CPR-C & First Aid
- NL / NLS license (required)
- National Lifeguard Certification (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
