**Service Associate, Commercial Lines**

Your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of Service Associate, Commercial Lines. This role is responsible for providing support to the commercial lines teams by processing policy documents, invoicing premiums, preparing cover letters, producing pink cards and certificates of insurance, schedules, claims reporting and maintaining file documentation.

**LOCATION AND STATUS**
- Ottawa, Ontario
- Full-time, permanent
- Paid vacation, flex days, and competitive benefits

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of administrative experience with preference for related experience in the insurance industry
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree is an asset
- RIBO license, or working towards, considered an asset
- CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset

- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Experience with insurance document management software is an asset
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
- Works well within a team and independently and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
- Critical thinker with strong attention to details
