Capital Ford Lincoln Regina has a permanent full-time position open for a Quick Lane Advisor

The Quick Lane Advisor creates oil change, preventative maintenance, and minor repair work orders in a fast paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive in our Quick Lane
- Educate and assist customers in coordinating recommended maintenance of their vehicle
- Produce repair orders for routine preventative maintenance including cost and time estimates
- Go over work performed with the customer and take customer payments
- Facilitate a positive experience with every customer

**Requirements**:

- Desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Valid Driver’s License
- Effective listening skills when speaking with guests and Technicians
- Prior experience preferred but not required
