Concession Attendant

**NexSource Centre - Concession Attendants
**Starting Wage - $16.93/hour plus tip sharing**
**Casual Hours**

**Availability required for Days, Evenings and Weekends
Concession Attendants are responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the operation
of the concession and food preparation for both the concession and lounge.

**Responsibilities**:

Taking Concession Orders and Processing Payments
Prepare/Cook and serve food orders for the Concession/Lounge
Preparation, delivery, presentation and setup of banquets
May assist with supply ordering and inventory
Maintain the concession and equipment in an organized, clean, welcoming manner at all

times
Provide excellent customer service
Promote, support and enforce all Health and Safety guidelines, safe work practices,

safety data sheets, Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements and
Alberta Health Services requirements for food handling

**Qualifications
**Experience in a fast paced food service environment
Customer Service and Line Cooking Experience Preferred
Grade 12 preferred
18 years of age to work licensed events preferred
Proof of RCMP based Criminal Record Check required
Alberta Food Safety Basics online course preferred
Standard First Aid with CPR preferred
Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License Preferred
