Kinesiologist

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead private sessions (equipment-based)
- Assess clients' physical needs and adapt sessions accordingly
- Provide safe, personalised instruction for various experience levels
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging programming
- Support client retention and contribute to a positive gym environment
- Participate in quarterly staff education sessions — continued learning is a valued part of your role
- Assist with light administrative tasks related to scheduling, client communication, or gym and studio operations
- Contribute to gym cleanliness and up keep to maintain a welcoming, professional environment
- Stay current with fitness and wellness trends, and bring fresh ideas to your practice

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor of Kinesiology (Bkin) Degree
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement patterns, and injury prevention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certified

**Preferred Background**
- **Master of Arts (MA)**:

- **Master of Science (MSc)**:

- Experience working with rehabilitation or post-injury clients
