**Job Duties**:

- Make-ready, adjust and run the job as efficiently as possible to meet safety and productivity standards.
- Examine job orders to determine the quantity to be cut, stock specifications and special die-cutting instructions.
- Responsible for the quality of the product. Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
- Follows established quality control inspection and documentation procedures.
- Follows product identification procedures.
- Responsible for accurately written and computer production reports.
- Perform proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning of the Die Cutter.
- Safely perform all tasks on and around press equipment.
- Attend and participate in ongoing training.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Experience in Manufacturing/production environment.
- Minimum 3 years plus prior experience working with Die Cutting machines - Flatbed. (preferred)
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in Equipment Preventative Care and Troubleshooting.
- Must have basic Computer skills.
- Available to work Weekly Rotational Skills schedule.
- Must be both familiar with and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (i.e. Occupational Health and Safety Act).
- Respect individuals, the organization, authority, the community and the team.
