EZ Epoxy is currently hiring confident, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our growing door-to-door sales team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners and business owners to introduce them to our high-quality epoxy flooring services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct communication, thrives in a performance-based environment, and is looking to earn based on effort and results. Our average commission is $100 per confirmed sale, with the opportunity to earn $1,000 or more per day for top performers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Canvass residential and commercial neighborhoods across Southern Ontario
- Present our flooring solutions in a professional and compelling way
- Use sales scripts and marketing materials to guide conversations
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free on-site consultations
- Maintain accurate records of leads and booked appointments
- Represent EZ Epoxy with professionalism and enthusiasm

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required
- Must be reliable, professional, and have a positive attitude

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-only position. Successful representatives commonly earn between $500 and $2,000 per week, with NO INCOME ceiling for high performers.

**Locations**:
We are currently hiring across Hamilton, Toronto, and surrounding areas in Southern Ontario.

Pay: $500.00-$1,000.00 per day

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
