**Responsibilities**:

- Handling Mitacs Accelerate research proposals
- Identifying and contacting appropriate experts to review research proposals
- Using expert feedback to make recommendations to Mitacs in a timely manner
- Providing weekly status updates on proposals

Other responsibilities may include:

- Assisting the Mitacs Research team to identify additional reviewers for Mitacs’s programs
- Proving feedback on select research proposals

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree required, but PhD preferred
- Well-organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent judgment
- Access to a computer and internet is required
- A research background in Chemistry, Life Science, Environmental Science/Climate Change, or Artificial Intelligence is an asset
