Sheltered Housing Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall operations of the sheltered housing facility
- Ensuring that all units are occupied and that new residents are welcomed.
- Responding to resident enquiries and concerns and addressing them appropriately.
- Coordinating with necessary services to ensure the facilities are kept up to standard and any needed repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Working with management preparing budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks related to sheltered housing, including complying with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Working with local authorities, health professionals, and other support services to ensure that residents receive appropriate care, including those related to health and social care.
- Maintaining accurate records of all relevant documents, such as leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
**Requirements**:
- A background in housing management or related fields is preferred.
- Experience managing a facility or complex, preferably sheltered housing.
- Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to sheltered housing.
