**Job Description**:
- Responsibilities- Communicate and track the corporate compliance training program-
- Coordinate annual compliance-related policy and program updates-
- Prepare the consolidated annual Anti-Bribery and Corruption risk assessment-
- Prepare quarterly Anti-Bribery and Corruption tracking and reporting-
- Assist with searches for portfolio management due diligence including using Dow Jones and Lexis Nexis-
- Assist with compliance-related queries from stakeholders across the business-
- Assist in the review and tracking of internal audit findings-
- Prepare Know-Your-Client forms for investment/divestment due diligence and other stakeholder requests-
- Assist risk management team with tracking of various initiatives-
- Coordinate external vendor relationships- Requirements- A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a professional services environment-
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook-
- Detail-oriented and able to stay on top of deadlines-
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment-
- Extremely organized with the ability to anticipate requests and be proactive-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Work effectively without supervision-
- University or college degree is an asset but not required- Skills & Competencies- Critical Thinking - Utilizes problem-solving skills, analysis, sound judgement and evidence to support well-considered recommendations to resolve issues-
