Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant Manager. As a Dog Daycare Attendant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and supervision to dogs in our daycare facility, managing and scheduling staff and managing day to day operations as required. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves working with animals and wants to make a positive impact on their well-being.

**Duties**:

- Provide attentive care and supervision to dogs in the daycare facility
- Monitor dog behavior and ensure a safe and positive environment
- Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, including interactive games and exercise
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the daycare facility, including cleaning up after dogs
- Assist with feeding and administering medications, as needed
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and any concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of both dogs and staff
- Scheduling staff
- Managing staff
- Managing day to day operations
- Working outside with crew members in different climates ( Cold, rain, etc.)

**Skills**:

- Managing experience (REQUIRED)
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for pet owners
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with patience and confidence
- Strong observational skills to monitor dog behavior and identify any potential issues
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting, as some dogs may require assistance
- Knowledge of basic dog behavior and understanding of canine body language
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other staff members
- Experience with dogs required.
