**As a Shift Manager, you will**:
**Lead and Develop**: Oversee daily operations, motivate and develop your team, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
**Drive Results**: Contribute to sales growth and profit maximization by managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and achieving sales targets.
**Ensure Excellence**: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
**Grow Your Career**: Gain comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant operations, participate in leadership training programs, and build strong relationships with guests to foster career growth.
**What we need from you**:
Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
The ability to legally work in Canada.
